DESCRIPTION:L’objectiu d’aquesta sessió és explicar el marc legal que opera i regula l’àmbit de l’habitatge cooperatiu en cessió d’ús\, dirigida a tècnics o càrrecs polítics de les diferents empreses i organismes públics. \nA casa nostra no existeix una llei de l’habitatge cooperatiu en cessió d’ús\, sinó un conjunt de normes de temes diferents relacionats amb aquest model d’accés a l’habitatge. Ens proposem facilitar-ne la comprensió amb una sessió formativa. També introduirem els futurs canvis introduïts a la futura Llei de Cooperatives i les principals reclamacions del sector de l’habitatge cooperatiu. \n\nLa participació serà híbrida opcionalment presencial o virtual.\nInscripcions
